For Hosts
In this policy, "hosts" refers to clients who register and use VoxiGuide to manage appointments, services, or events. Hosts who enable SMS notifications agree to receive communications relevant to service provision, including booking confirmations and reminders.
Responsibility for Consent
Hosts are responsible for ensuring they have obtained the necessary consent from their invitees to send SMS notifications, in line with legal requirements. VoxiGuide provides the platform and tools for SMS communication but does not oversee consent collection.
Usage and Costs
SMS notification usage may incur charges per message segment, with rates varying by destination and carrier. Normal call or messaging charges may also apply depending on the user's plan and country.
Compliance with Twilio's Acceptable Use Policy
By using SMS notification features, hosts agree to comply with the Twilio Acceptable Use Policy and acknowledge that usage may be monitored to prevent abuse and ensure fair use.
Limitations on Content
SMS notifications should not contain marketing or promotional content unless recipients have explicitly consented to receive those messages.
Managing Your Preferences
