Pricing & plans

Choose who funds your audio guide.

VoxiGuide offers two ways to run your phone-based audio guide. Let short sponsor messages fund it so it is free for your venue, or pay a subscription for an ad-free version.

Sponsor-funded option Ad-free subscription No hardware desk
Venue-funded No advertising

Ad-free subscription

Custom scoped to your guide

Your organization pays directly and no sponsor messages play. Final pricing depends on guide scale, content structure, and launch requirements.

Ask about ad-free
  • No sponsor messages in the call flow
  • Subscription scoped to stops and setup
  • Useful for sensitive or sponsor-free settings
  • Same phone-based guide experience
Visitors listen for the price of a standard phone call; the guide content itself is free to them. Final plan details are confirmed by enquiry.

Pricing in a nutshell

Same audio guide. Different funding model.

Both plans use the same phone-based guide, so the decision is about who covers the cost and whether sponsor messages are acceptable in your visitor context.

Two plans

Sponsor-funded, or a venue-funded ad-free subscription.

Same guide

The visitor call experience stays phone-based either way.

Category control

You approve sponsor categories on the sponsor-funded plan.

Scoped by guide

Final pricing depends on inventory, season, content, and scale.

Compare the two plans

Pick the model that matches your budget and sponsor policy.

Both plans give you the same phone-based audio guide. The practical tradeoff is simple: sponsor-funded removes the cost barrier, while the subscription keeps the experience entirely ad-free.

What every plan includes

The core product does not change.

Published phone number

Visitors call one number from signs, maps, tickets, QR codes, or your website.

Structured guide content

Organize audio by stop, exhibit, route, language, chapter, or visitor theme.

No visitor app

No download, install, login, app update, hardware rental, or device support desk.

Venue control

For sponsor-funded guides, you define which sponsor categories are acceptable.

Sponsor-funded pricing

Launch without a new line in the budget.

On the sponsor-funded plan, advertisers pay to place short audio messages inside your guide, and that revenue covers the cost of running it. Your venue pays nothing to run the guide.

You stay in control of tone and suitability: approve sponsor categories and exclude anything that does not fit a public or cultural setting, such as gambling, adult content, or political persuasion.

Best fit

  • Museums, attractions, and tourism teams launching without dedicated visitor-guide budget.
  • Venues comfortable with short, clearly marked sponsor messages.
  • Sites that want local or regional partners to help fund visitor access.

Best fit

  • Memorial sites, sensitive exhibitions, and settings that rule out advertising.
  • Organizations with allocated budget for visitor experience tools.
  • Teams that want one uninterrupted guide with no sponsor messages at all.

Venue-funded subscription

Pay directly and keep the guide ad-free.

With the venue-funded plan, your organization pays a subscription and no sponsor messages play. Final pricing is scoped to your guide, including content structure, number of stops, and launch requirements.

Advertiser pricing

Advertising campaigns are quoted separately.

If you are an advertiser rather than a venue, pricing works differently and is organized into three campaign packages.

Hyperlocal

Single venue or route

For nearby businesses that want to reach visitors close to their location.

Destination

City or region

For wider campaigns across multiple venues, routes, or seasonal visitor moments.

Sponsorship

Category exclusive

For brands that want exclusive association around a venue, route, or guide experience.

How to choose

Start with budget and sponsor policy.

If budget is tight and sponsors are acceptable, sponsor-funded lets you launch at no cost to the venue. If your setting rules out advertising entirely, the ad-free subscription is the cleaner fit.

01

Confirm your sponsor policy

Decide whether short sponsor messages are acceptable in your visitor context.

02

Scope your guide

Estimate stops, routes, languages, launch timing, and whether scripts already exist.

03

Model both options

We can compare sponsor-funded and ad-free against your visitor numbers and content scope.

04

Launch and adjust

Many venues start sponsor-funded and revisit the model once the guide proves its value.

FAQ

Common questions about VoxiGuide pricing.

How much does VoxiGuide cost?

It depends on the plan and the scale of your guide. The sponsor-funded plan is free for your venue because sponsors cover the cost. The venue-funded subscription is priced to your guide and confirmed by enquiry.

Is the guide free for visitors?

The guide content is free to listen to. Standard call rates from the visitor's own phone plan may apply, depending on the number and market.

Can we switch plans later?

Yes. Many venues launch sponsor-funded and move to the ad-free subscription later, or the reverse. Talk to the team about timing.

Do we control the sponsor messages?

Yes. On the sponsor-funded plan you approve which sponsor categories are allowed and can exclude any that do not suit your setting.

Are there setup or hardware fees?

There is no hardware to buy and no rental desk to run. Confirm any one-time setup scope with the team based on your content and number of stops.
